There are no REFUNDS on karaoke music and software. You may only exchange a defective disc for the same identical title up to 21 days after purchase.
Exceptions cannot be made. Music and software include CDG/SCDG/DVD media sold by Better karaoke.com.
RETURN POLICY for PLAYERS AND ACCESSORIES:
Player and accessory returns and refunds may be made up to 21 days after purchase.
All original cartons, remotes, cables, packing material and software must be included with the return. There is a 25.00 fee for not returning the original box and a 20.00 fee for missing remotes. Other items will be assessed at the time of the return and may vary.
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
Karaoke machines are returnable for exchange only and are not refundable.
DEFECTIVE PLAYERS AND ACCESSORIES:
Will be exchanged for identical items up to 21 days after purchase. You must contact us to obtain return authorization. After the 21 day period, consult your warranty information included with your player.

Shipping Policy
Better Karaoke.com Shipping Policy
All orders over $99.00 will be shipped for free by UPS ground or USPS parcel post in the Continental United States (48 states) only. Depending on where you live that could take up to 6 days. If you want to receive it sooner you can request faster service, which is available on certain items. You will only be charged the difference in the cost of that service compared to ground or parcel post. Please make your request by email. The email address is: orders@betterkaraoke.com
Music CD+G and Super CD+G disks will usually be shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Please note that the cost of shipping 1 disc is the same as shipping 3 or 4 discs, about $2.50. If you purchase over $99.00 worth of discs we will ship them for free in the Continental United States.
International orders will be shipped UPS. We will need a copy of your picture ID and credit card [American Express and Visa Only ] faxed to 1-508-235-1044 and UPS will need a home phone number. You can also pay with paypal which will not require faxing a picture ID.
